Employee Name
- Name of employee.
Job Title
- Job title for employee.
Work Mobile
- Work mobile number of employee.
Work Phone
- Work phone number of employee.
Work Email
- Work email of employee.
Department
- Department of employee .
Work Address
- Work address of employee.
Gender
- Gender of employee.
Date of Birth
- Date of birth of employee.

Access Rights Configuration

Only users with " Administrator" access for human resources can import employees.

Import Employees Menu

Under Employees > Employees menu user can find "Import Employees" menu.

Import Employees

On import employees wizard user have to select file type and upload file.

On clicking "IMPORT" button user can see that new imported employees from file with data.

On employee form view user can see employee data imported from file.

Warnings

If employee name not given in import file it will raise warning.

If department not exist in system it will raise warning.

If given address not exist in system it will raise warning.

If entered date format is not correct it will raise warning.
